I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Bariatric Coach, and I’m passionate about helping women feel confident, energized, and in control after surgery. Over the years, I’ve walked alongside countless women navigating stalls, cravings, old habits, and the fear of “messing it up,” and I know how overwhelming it can feel.
