I do not bill insurance for my services. Payments can be made electronically with debit, credit, HSA, or FSA cards.

Not at all! Food tracking can be a useful way to learn more about your eating habits or the nutrient composition of your food. However, this is not a required practice for my clients. If you are interested in logging your food, I’m more than happy to review your logs and provide feedback. If you cringe at the idea of logging your food, don’t worry! I have proven strategies that help my clients reach their goals without this approach!

I do not make personal meal plans for my clients but we do discuss meal and snack ideas, an eating schedule, and strategies for easy meal planning and prep based on your food preferences, cooking preferences, and lifestyle.
