Infused Water
Ingredients:
Fruit
- Citrus- lemon, lime, grapefruit, blood orange, tangerines, oranges
- Berries- strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries
- Tropical- pomegranate, mango, papaya, pineapple, banana, kiwi, starfruit
- Melon- honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon
- Other- apples, pears, plums, peaches, nectarines
Vegetables
- Cucumber, carrots, celery, peppers (hot or sweet)
Herbs
- Mint, basil, sage, rosemary, thyme, lavender, cilantro, stevia
Spices
- Ginger, cinnamon stick, black pepper, turmeric
Liquids
- Water, herbal tea, sun tea
General Recipe:
- Remove the peel of any citrus fruits to avoid a bitter taste
- Add fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices to infusion vessel; lightly muddle if desired
- Add chosen liquid and let the ingredients infuse the liquid with flavor for at least 2 hours
